Chirashi is a sushi dish that means 'scattered' so it's basically sushi fish and other good things to eat over sushi rice. The one at Kashiwa restaurant near my house is definitely one to try. Now if I can only get them to let me use their lacquer bento boxes since I order from then quite often!
